The Carroll County Garden Club is now taking reservations for the thirteenth (13th) annual Carroll County Flower and Garden Fair to be held in Flora, Indiana on Saturday, April 25, 2009. Each of the past years we have been able to make that year's fair larger and better! Come and help us make this year's the best yet! Once again the fair will be held in the Merchants' Building, located next to the baseball diamond, at the Flora Community Park. Fair hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Setup will begin on Friday, April 24, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., or on Saturday morning, April 25, 2009 from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Tear-down will be from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Rental space is $15.00 per 10' x 10' area. If you make your reservations before April 15, 2009, we will include your business's name in promotional literature. If booth space remains available on the day of the fair, it can be rented on a first-come-first-served basis for the regular fee. All displays and items for sale must be lawn or garden related. The club asks vendors to donate a product of their choice to our raffle. Raffle tickets are free to all visitors and help to identify the location of our visitors for future advertising endeavors.
