Other info: This mint has a slight chocolate fragrance -- the smell of a Peppermint Patty. When I first grew it, it never made it through the winter, so I'm not sure about it's hardiness, especially for zone 5. In my opinion it doesn't seem as invasive as some of the other mints, but perhaps since it may not have been hardy, that could be why. Will try to winter over again in my zone 5 garden. For a different flavor -- try a few leaves in your coffee.
