If at first you do not wish to complete the information about your credit card, you may only sign up for an account and browse around their site. However, you will not be able to make (send) a payment until you have either given your credit card information or verified a checking or savings account with them. If you chose to wait and sign up during the check out process, it will be the same as the below paragraph, except when you are taken to the PayPal site, you will be prompted to sign up for a new account.

If you already have a PayPal account, it will be easy for you. Once you are at the final page of the check out process on the page which verifies your ship to and bill to address, select "Credit Card (Secure Processing Center)" and it will take you directly to PayPal where your invoice number will be referenced along with the total amount due.
