Coreopsis Golden Sphere.......PLANTS.......Golden Sphere Coreopsis

Common Names:
Height: 10" to 18"
Spread: 12"
Flower color: Golden-Yellow
Bloom time: Summer
Light: Full sun or part shade
Zone: 5-8
Water: Average
Soil: Average, well drained
Maintenance: Low
Other info: Easy to grow. Coreopsis grandiflora usually has a long flowering period beginning in summer. This patented hybrid hopefully is the same. I just planted plants for the first time in 2016, so will see how they do in future. I think they will be a very nice selection for the front of border, but don't know that they would be a hardy enough speciman to be a patio container plant. - - In 2017 the plants came back strong and vigorous. - They did get some powdery mildew due to a lot of rain. - But I sheared the plants off and they sent up a new and beautiful flush of foliage and flowers.
