Other info: Easy to grow. An excellent filler for flower arrangements. Blooms first year from seed. [The photo on this page actually pictures 2 varieties of double-flowered gypsophila. The larger flowers to the right are 'Bristol Fairy'. The flowers to the left are 'Double Snow Flake'. 'Double Snow Flake' has smaller flowers, but none-the-less double-flowered. In some craft situations, and on wreaths, many times I like 'Double Snow Flake' better than the larger-flowered version.]

Germination: Easy germination. Best started indoors. Sow seed on surface of good seed starting mix, gently pressing seeds into mix. Do not cover seed -- light aids germination. Place seeds in location at 68-70°F. Seed should begin germinating in 10-12 days.
