Phlomis tuberosa - Jerusalem Sage:

Germination: Slightly difficult. Surface sow on good seed starting mix at 59-68°F. Gently press seeds into mix - do not cover seeds with mix. Moisten mix and keep moist until germination begins. Seed should begin germinating in 10-20 days. If no germination after 4 weeks, move container to the refrigerator for 4 weeks, then back to 59-68°F. I have found that the best germination comes from winter (outdoor) sowing.
