Germination: I have not yet germinated this type Lobelia seed, so I am not sure at what ease the seeds germinate. I am in hopes of growing several for my own bedding plants purposes in 2008.
Best started indoors 4-6 weeks prior to last spring frost. Sow seed in container on good seed starting mix. Do not cover seeds with mix, as light aids germination. Moisten mix and keep mix moist until germination begins. Place container in a location at 70°F. Germination should begin in 14-21 days.
