Reseda odorata Seeds...Seed from Mignonette

Type: Perennial grown as an Annual
Common Names: Mignonette, Little Darlings, Evening Stock
Height: 10" to 14"
Flower color: Greenish White with Red highlights
Bloom time: Summer
Light: Prefers afternoon shade
Water: Average
Soil: Average to Rich, prefers limy well compacted soil
Other info: An nice fresh cut flower with a lovely fragrance.   I finally got some plants actually planted this year, but the grass has taken over.   Photo is not that good because of all the surrounding grass and I'm not sure if they would be nicer if they didn't have such competition.   Hopefully I'll get those weed removed soon and perhaps a better photo.

#1383 Mignonette (True Machet):
(Input number of packets into checkbox -- $1.00 per packet)
[100 seeds per packet]
Germination: Fairly easy germination. Place seed packet in refrigerator 7-10 days prior to sowing. Start indoors 4-6 weeks prior to last spring frost. Sow seed in container on good seed starting mix. Cover seeds lightly. Moisten mix and keep mix moist until germination begins. Place container in a location at 70°F. Germination should begin in 6-10 days. (Resents root disturbance -- so handle accordingly. When transplanting, does not like airy loose soil, so make sure to press soil down very firmly around plants. Add lime to soil for best results.) May be direct sown to garden location after last spring frost.
