Germination: Slightly difficult. Sow indoors 14-16 weeks prior to last spring frost. Sow seed in container on good seed starting mix, covering seed 1/4". Place container inside sandwich baggie to retain moisture and place container in refrigerator for 30 days. Then move container to an outdoor location such as an unheated garage where temperatures fluctuate. As outdoor temperatures warm, begin checking for germination. Or, place container in sheltered location outdoors 14-16 weeks prior to last spring frost.
