Other info: I have been told that some folks get a rash/burn from skin contact with Rue. So I'm really surprised to see that this is a food source plant for the Black Swallowtail butterfly larvae. I like to use the foliage of the plant as dried pressed leaves or in fresh arrangements, but the fragrance tends to be unpleasant.
