Valerian officinalis Seeds...Seed from Valerian officinalis

Type: Perennial Herb
Common Names:
Height: 36" to 48"
Light: Full sun
Water: Average
Soil: Average
Other info: I am not sure how valerian is used as an herb, whether culinary or medicinal. I do know that the roots have a very sweet fragrance as do the white flowers. The white flowers can be used for cutting, or cut flower bouquets, but must be cut before the buds open.
