|Germination: Difficult germination. Sow seeds in container on good seed starting mix. Cover seeds lightly, leaving portions of the seed exposed as light will aid germination. Place container inside baggie to retain moisture. Place container in location at 68-70°F for 2-4 weeks. Then move container to the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks. Then move container back to 68-70°F. Germination could begin in 12-21 days, but could be sporadic over several months. Or, winter sow, placing the container outdoors in a sheltered location in late winter.
